There’s an old actors club started in 1888 by the great Shakespearean actor Edwin Booth. Yup - brother of that Booth.
Pretty much every classic actor who ever made their way through New York has tipped a drink in this place. It’s got an incredible history and I was proud to serve on its Board of Directors and as Vice President for a few years.
It’s a magical place to shoot. It’s a magical place to meet.

December 30th- January 3rd 2016. We ended up in Cuba to spend New Years Eve a month after Fidel Castro died. My first time in Cuba and and a unique experience getting to feel the mood of a country after the death of its father.
January 1st is Liberation Day to commemorate the defeat of the Batista regime by the rebel Communist forces of Fidel Castro on 1 January, 1959
We attended the parade the day after New Years in Havana. There was little music or celebration. This was the first time in over 50 years without Castro in attendance.
